Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradesNotice (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so, and “you” refers to that company.

TradesNotice lets trade and cleaning companies plan work in occupied buildings, track progress per unit, capture photo/video proof, and share a live schedule with residents through a QR code. Features available to you depend on your plan.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in details, PINs and magic links confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the conduct of the team members and field staff you invite.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or content you have no right to share.
• Attempt to access another company’s data or disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to collect resident data for purposes unrelated to the work you perform.

You keep ownership of the data and media you add to the Service. You grant TradesNotice the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for content you upload, including photos taken on site and resident contact details.

Some features require a paid plan. Where paid plans apply, fees, billing periods and limits are shown at the point of purchase. Free plans and features may change over time. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

You can stop using the Service at any time and can permanently delete your account and company data from Settings → My Account. If you delete your account, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. TradesNotice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
